Packing and Materials:
Packing services: We offer "Full Service" packing and unpacking services to our customers, to make their move less stressful. We pack your household items systematically, ensuring that damages and rubbing does not occur while packed items are being moved. This is very important because items (such as glassware, china and "Nic-nacs") must be packed properly by an experienced professional, otherwise breakage may occur. We always have our most experienced packers handle your glassware-type items.
We Pack and Unpack by the Hour: We pack and unpack by the hour because it is the least costly method of packing your household items; saving you money. Because the cost of packing by the carton is usually on a cost per carton rate, other moving companies are going to charge you a much higher rate than we offer you; because they can make more money. We feel that packing (or unpacking) by the hour is the most cost effective method available. When we pack (or unpack) by the hour, you get the same professionalism that you would receive in paying for packing by the carton. In fact, you get a better pack, because extra time is used when packing by the hour. The pack job is more careful, because there is not a pay incentive to pack super fast; this losing quality and care. Over a whole house pack, it could be a difference of hundreds of dollars in extra cost when packing by the carton.

New cartons are also required by ODOT; for the packing of household items. The reason why ODOT only allows us to pack new cartons is because new cartons don't transfer possible contaminants and or insects (such as mites and cockroaches); from previous moves. It is against ODOT regulations for a mover to sell you used cartons to pack with.
